The Most Influential Person Who I Admire - 933 Words

The person who I am going to write about, is also the most influential person who I admire greatly, my mother. My mothers’ work ethic is a powerful influence on me as well. After she became a single parent, my mother had to find a full time job to support my sister and me. Having gone without at times to provide for two small children, she has inspired me to realize that I can support myself if needed. She calls this being the â€Å"positive self† as my mother says; meaning I can make positive decisions to support an action in a difficult situation. This encourages me to become self-sufficient, to work for what I want, and to reassure myself that I can succeed in life on my own. I admire myShow MoreRelatedThe Role Of Models For A Person s Life1443 Words   |  6 PagesAccording to Google, a role model is a person looked to by others as an example to be imitated.
